Free Tracked Delivery
We ship to the United Kingdom and the United States. Standard tracked delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Processing Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. During sales and other busy periods, dispatch can take up to 5 working days.
Delivery Times
- United Kingdom: 4–7 working days after dispatch
- United States: 6–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates. Courier delays, bank holidays and severe weather can all affect them.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@mellosoothe.com with your order number. We'll chase the courier. If the parcel is confirmed lost or damaged, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Incorrect Address
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address before your order is dispatched, but we can't redirect a parcel once it has been sent.
