How hot does it get?
There are five settings: 45, 50, 55, 60 and 65°C. Start low and move up until it feels right.
Does it switch itself off?
Yes. It turns off automatically after 15 or 30 minutes, so you don't have to keep an eye on it.
Can I wear it under my clothes?
Yes. The slim shell and soft strap sit flat under everyday clothing.
Will it fit me?
The elastic strap has an adjustable buckle, so it fits a wide range of waist sizes.
Can I use it if I have endometriosis?
Mello Soothe is a heat and massage belt, not a treatment for endometriosis. Lots of people find gentle warmth comforting on endo days, but if you're unsure whether heat is right for you, check with your GP or specialist first.
